　　適用范圍

　　本機(jī)適用于各種超大型卷材的分切，如30g/m2-300g/m2牛皮紙、白卡紙、淋膜紙、鋁箔、PVC塑料、編織袋、錫紙等卷材的分切、復(fù)卷等。

　　性能及特點(diǎn)

　　1. 該機(jī)采用異步伺服電機(jī)(矢量電機(jī))控制、自動(dòng)錐度張力，中心卷取方式。主機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，保持加速中平衡運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

　　2. 自動(dòng)計(jì)米、報(bào)警功能。收卷采用A、B氣脹軸結(jié)構(gòu)，卸裝操作方便。

　　3. 放卷采用光電自動(dòng)糾偏修正系統(tǒng)，使不規(guī)則材料能正常分切。

　　4. 圓刀縱切廢邊自動(dòng)排放裝置。

5. 油壓式自動(dòng)上料，配氣脹軸。

6.導(dǎo)軌式自動(dòng)下料裝置。也可單邊打開卸料！

Scope of application

This machine is suitable for the slitting of various super-large coils, such as slitting and rewinding of 30g/m2-300g/m2 kraft paper, white cardboard, coated paper, aluminum foil, PVC plastic, Woven bag, tin foil and other coils.

Performance and characteristics

1. The machine adopts asynchronous servo motor (vector motor) control, automatic taper tension and center winding method. The main engine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.

2. Automatic metering and alarm function. The winding adopts the A and B air expansion shaft structure, and the unloading operation is convenient.

3. Unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic correction correction system to make irregular materials cut normally.

4. The circular knife cuts the waste side automatic discharge device.

5. Hydraulic automatic feeding, with air expansion shaft.

6. Rail type automatic cutting device. The unloading can also be opened unilaterally!
